Each property in our network adheres to baseline safety and access standards to ensure a secure, consistent experience across all locations. By using any Vesper-listed property, you agree to the following general rules and safety guidelines:

1. Property Access and Use

• Only authorized vehicles and personnel may enter or use the space.
• Access is limited to the terms outlined in your booking, including permitted hours and vehicle types.
• Any unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access privileges.

2. Site Safety Requirements

• All Vesper listings meet minimum safety criteria, including adequate lighting, fencing, and, where applicable, security monitoring.
• Drivers must follow posted signage, observe on-site speed limits, and avoid blocking entrances or emergency access points.

3. Liability and Conduct

• Users are responsible for the conduct of their drivers, contractors, and vehicles on site.
• Damage to property, vandalism, or unsafe behavior may result in suspension from the Vesper network.
• Vesper is not liable for lost or stolen items unless otherwise stated in a property’s terms.

4. Cleanliness and Maintenance

• Users must keep parking areas clean and free of debris.
• Any hazardous materials or waste must be reported and properly disposed of according to local regulations.

5. Emergency Protocol

• In the event of an emergency, follow posted evacuation instructions and contact local authorities immediately.
• Report all incidents to Vesper support within 24 hours.

6. Modifications and Enforcement

• Vesper reserves the right to update this policy and enforce additional requirements specific to each property.
• Continued use of Vesper properties implies acceptance of the most current version of this policy.
